Council to rule on Brooklands College plans

SPELTHORNE Council planning committee will finally make a decision on the future of Brooklands College, Ashford on Wednesday July 23.
The decision on whether to bulldoze the former Spelthorne College building in Church Road and replace it with a modern building was deferred in June because councillors could not agree.

The committee members made a visit to the site on Monday July 14 and will now decide whether to approve the project at the next planning meeting on Wednesday July 23 at Spelthorne's Knowle Green offices.
