Legion apologises for Armistice absence

Ashford British Legion has apologised to anyone who was disappointed not to see a representative at the Ashford war memorial on Armistice Day.

Branch president Stan Heath said he was committed to attending the Hounslow memorial service and other members were obliged to other remembrance commitments.
