Police attempt to cut down on bad driving.
Police launched a two-day initiative to cut back on anti-social driving on Monday 19 May and Tuesday 19 May.
The idea was to cut back on dangerous driving in Ashford and Stanwell, which saw police officers from Spelthorne check random vehicles to cut down on cold callers and rogue traders.
The scheme was held jointly with the DVLA and Surrey Fire and Rescue, who advised people not to park in places which would prevent emergency vehicles getting through.
Sarah Greenhalgh, Spelthorne neighbourhood inspector, said: "We are working hard to target those who use the county's roads in a dangerous or anti-social manner as well as those who drive stolen vehicles, ones that are not correctly taxed or insured or which are not roadworthy."
"Our intelligence information and feedback from residents have highlighted the need to address the issue of anti-social driving."
Extra traffic patrols took place throughout the day, who tried to identify places where illegal parking was taking place.
A community safety trailer was held at Tesco, in Town Lane, Ashford, where police gave out information on safe driving procedures to residents.
