Radio star to appear in September

A radio reverend will be attending an evening of hymns in September

Rev Canon Roger Royle, who hosted the BBC Radio 2 Sunday half hour for many years, will be attending Harvest Songs of Praise on Sunday September 20.

The event will be held at The Salvation Army, in Woodthorpe Road, Ashford, and will see a number of choirs sing some songs.

The event starts at 5.30pm.
