Staines band hope to become big
A hopeful band will be launching their debut EP at a promotional gig in Staines in December.
On December 12, the Dirty Crawlers, whose four members are from Ashford, Staines, and Chertsey, will be performing at The Hobgoblin, in Church Street, to promote their first EP Bottleneck.
The band only performed three months ago, and site their influences as Paul Rodgers, The Faces, and the Rolling Stones.
Lead guitarist and singer Luke Wallin, of Orcahrd Avenue, Ashford, said: "We have all been in other bands before, and have each other for ages, but when we came together it sounded really right. We play rock'n'roll, which is quite rare now. We are really pushing to be big."
The band have a manager called Mick White, who lets them record in his studio in Stanwell.
The event starts at 7pm on the night and finishes at 1am.
Tickets are £4, which comes with the EP.
